    the room had a great layout with sensational views of magnetic island. the walls were paper thin, allowing noise from adjoining rooms.

    Great meals, overall everything was beautiful.

    the property was high quality with helpful staff in regard to being misinformed by a staff member, i truly enjoyed the stay. the hotel was set in a central area really close to much more reasonably priced eateries, marina and drink / food venues. there was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

    The breakfast here was delicious and hearty, with excellent barista-made coffee, and the restaurant's offerings were outstanding, plus the location was convenient and the staff very attentive.

    Loved this pleasant and gorgeous hotel, easy to find, with unfailingly polite staff in regard to being misinformed by a staff member. The property rooms were spotless. The breakfast was amazing, the check in was smooth. The location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and there were a market and all major stores nearby. There was an average restaurant in the hotel.

    The check-in process was smooth and I appreciated the option for a late check-out. I was delighted to find that there were no charges for wake-up calls or ironing services. the hotel is absolutely marvellous and situated in a gorgeous, brand-new location, conveniently close to the casino, a Chinese restaurant, and other dining options.

    the selections offered above are inadequate. how about adding Fair, Average, Good Excellent to this list Staff seemed helpful and happy

    too expensive, disappointing food offering disappointing coffee at breakfast disappointing that access to the hotel is through same entrance as casino disappointing that you have to drag bags up stairs to enter the hotel and again once inside the lobby poor Tea and Coffee options in room Pathetic that WiFi internet is not complementary and available in room Shower over bath is a very outdated, messy and inconvenient concept

    We stayed in a executive suite. It was very spacious and luxurious. The views over the water towards magnetic island were fantastic. The aqua restuarant was great for breakfasts and the seafood, also. Jupiters was fairly central to everything that we needed to do and see. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would recommend jupiters to anyone.

    The magnificent view from our room, overlooking the pool & surrounds with the marina, port and the beauty of Magnetic Island across the water. The room was peacefully quiet, clean and comfortable. The position was so central and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.
